The house is located in Tsilipaki, at the other end of Livadi Bay (opposite of port). The distance from the port is 2.5 kilometers and 1 kilometer from the nearest beach. The house is spacious and can accommodate up to 4-5 people. It is part of a complex of 3 houses in a quiet and secluded location with stunning unobstructed views of the port, the island's capital Chora and the Aegean Sea. Suitable for people living alone as well as families. The environment is also suitable for pets as there is plenty of outdoor space on the plot to which the house belongs. Until last year the house was available as AirBnB, however, due to the lack of enough houses for permanent residents, I wish to rent it all year round.
