The house is in PANAGIA KALAMBAKAS, a beautiful mountain village of TRIKALA THESSALIAS, in 670 meters altitude. PANAGIA KALAMBAKAS is 40 kilometers north of METEORA and 20 kilometers south of METSOVO. The estate is in the south end of the village and has no other houses around it, to block the magnificent view of the all around beautiful green mountains. Actually they are two connected properties of 400 m2 each (800 m2 in total) with a very good fence. In the first of them is the house, two warehouses, parking place for two cars, a small vegetable garden and a big garden with: a pine tree, a cherry tree, three plum cherry trees and two plum trees, a lot of free space and with a little water spring in it. In the second of them there is nothing but free space and has an autonomy to build a second house. The house itself is in very good condition, with undivided kitchen and sitting room, with a big fireplace and all the rooms has plenty of natural sunlight.
