Golden Days villas are a complex of 4 (two are currently being built) newly built houses, which are housed in two independent buildings, in the beautiful small village of Sivas in the south of Heraklion Prefecture in Crete. It is an ideal destination for one or two families or friends as they can accommodate up to eight (16) people when they booked together. Each residence has an independent entrance and internally consists of two levels. On the ground floor there are the living room, the kitchen and the WC while on the first floor you will find the two bedrooms, the bathroom and the balcony from where you can enjoy the beautiful view towards the mountains of the flatland of Messara. In the outdoor area you will find the swimming pool, sunbeds, yard as well as a private parking space. They are a few minutes' walk from the center of the picturesque village square with its cafes and taverns where you will find authentic Cretan flavors. The neighbourhood The village of Sivas, where we are located, is a small beautiful village in southern Crete, surrounded by mountains. The village is 60 km distance from Heraklion and the airport, 7 km from the well-known touristic village of Matala with its famous beach, while around you will find the beaches of Kommos and the coastal village of Kalamaki. Also at a close distance of 5 km there is the Minoan Palace of Phaistos and the archaeological site of Kommos. At a distance of 13 km you will find Agiofarango, a beautiful gorge of low difficulty, an ideal choice for walking and swimming on its beautiful beach.
