Level A (ground floor) is 60m² and includes a WC, a fully equipped kitchen and a large living room – dinning room. There is an interior staircase which leads to level B. Level B is 50m² and includes three nice bedrooms and one bathroom. Outside the main bedroom there is a large veranda where you can enjoy the view of the mountains. The villa is surrounded by a large olive garden of 8000m² with grass, big trees and nice flowers, parking for your car and a private swimming pool (77m2) all day and night in use, with an internal kitchenette and shower.
