This is a beautiful seaside house located in Saronida, Attica, just a few steps from the sea and sandy beaches. The Space The house can accommodate up to 8 people and has 3 bedrooms (2 with double beds and 1 with two single beds), plus sofa beds in the living room. On the ground floor, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, espresso machine, oven, microwave, and many other appliances. There is also a dining area next to the kitchen. The living room offers sea views through large glass doors and is equipped with a 75’’ LED TV with digital channels and Netflix, as well as a stereo system with speakers and Bluetooth so you can play your own music. Wi-Fi is available throughout both the indoor and outdoor areas of the house. The first-floor features two bright double bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious balcony with a seating area where you can relax and enjoy beautiful sea views. On the ground floor, there is an additional bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom. Outside, you’ll find a seawater infinity pool with two large bean bag loungers, chairs, a dining table, and benches, ideal for sunbathing or dining outdoors. A gas barbecue is also available for your use. Finally, there is an outdoor parking area for at least 4 cars (1 covered)
