It has three bedrooms on the ground floor, consisting of two double rooms and one twin room. The bedrooms are equipped with wardrobes and have doors leading to a shared veranda. There is a spacious bathroom on the ground floor with a shower and a bathtub, and also a utility closet with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. The villa is designed for 6–7 people as it features an attic with wooden interior and a sofa bed. There is air conditioning throughout the villa to ensure comfort. For winter stays there is central heating and a marble-wood fireplace.
