It is situated literally between a full-service grocery market and a fabulous Italian restaurant.  Getting around: The sea is three blocks away, and there is a small beach amidst many cafes and restaurants there. This is not a popular swimming beach, however. There are many other beaches accessible either by foot (Nea Hora Beach) or by a short bus or car ride from the flat's location. The central bus station (KTEL) is a five-minute cab ride with buses to popular beach destinations even outside the city limits (such as Marathi, Kalathas, and Stavros Beaches, etc.)
