Vivenda familiar 150 m², Fourka, Kassandra

A luxury settlement of 4 independent, stone-built, two-story houses, with basement, 150 sq.m. and 4 rooms, in the quiet area of olive groves just 400 meters from the beach. What was requested was the design of four self-contained and independent detached houses with an emphasis on privacy and communal outdoor spaces as well as flexible, interior living spaces. The residences are stone built, have an independent private swimming pool, private garden, external terraces, parking spaces and an external BBQ area. Each residence has a ground floor with a living room and a wc, a basement with a bathroom with a shower, a small storage room under the stairs, with a washing machine and two bedrooms or one bedroom and an open space (playroom). On the 1st floor there are two bedrooms (one with built-in wardrobe), 1 bathroom with shower and washing machine. The living room is at the level of the natural ground and an extension of this is an external semi-outdoor space which is joined by a garden of 800 square meters, independent for each house, a private swimming pool and an additional covered dining area. Each residence has: air conditioning (cooling-heating), solar water heater, built-in wardrobes, kitchens with built-in electrical appliances, synthetic frames with screens, satellite antenna, alarm, parking for two cars.
