Two story building with 2 separate apartments in the heart of Chora. This is one of the oldest houses in Chora, with the unique domed ceiling in the bottom floor apartment, which features a big living and dining room with a single sofa bed and a sleeping loft with a 140cm bed, bathroom and kitchen. The bathroom and kitchen were totally renovated 2022, when the solar water heating also was installed. The bottom floor is equipped with a washing machine (2019), fridge and freezer (2019), combi oven (2019) and a stove (2019) The upper room with separate entrance has its own bathroom and 2 single beds, and is quite simple but does it's job as extra bedroom with some cooking utensils. The house has all the necessary equipment for a nice an cozy stay in the Chora of Folegandros. The house has a really nice temperature all year round due to the very thick and old walls, and also has air-conditioning for heating and cooling,as well as a solar heater (dual system) for the hot water (2022) The stone floor gives this real greek feeling and the bougainvillea outside gives shade and beauty to the house patio. The upper floor apartment lacks kitchen but has its own bathroom and has a splendid view over the magnificent church on the mountain top. It is quite simple with two sofa beds, a small table, some chairs, and a fridge, and it has its own entrance from the terrace, so it can be used for Airbnb, even if you are staying in the main part of the house The bedroom in the bottom floor apartment is a sleeping loft over the kitchen and bathroom area. It has a bed that is 140 cm wide, and there is a sofa bed in the living room/dining room. Both bathrooms have showers.
