We live in Agios Antonios village, in the eastern outskirts of Thessaloniki, on the road to Halkidiki, in a new modern house, with an uninterrupted panoramic view of many kilometers to forests and hills. We live in the independent ground floor apartment and we are renting the other two floors (1st and 2nd), which are completely independent from the ground floor apartment (they have different entrance). The spa and barbeque An ultra modern 2.20X2.2.20m outdoor Italian spa for 5 guests will rejuvenate and relax you. Next to it there is a large barbeque, with table, umbrellas and sun loungers. First floor On the first floor there is a stylish living room with a fireplace, HD 55" television with Netflix, a strong 24BTU A/C unit, two sofas, wooden dining room and a modern kitchen with all the electrical appliances. There is access to a really large balcony with panoramic view to nature. There is a small bathroom with shower. Also there is a large bedroom with double bed, large closet and a 9BTU A/C. This bedroom has its own small balcony with great view to nature. The room can easily host a third folding bed. Second floor On the second floor there is a spacious, bright bedroom with double bed, drawers, cloakroom, television, a small office, a 12BTU A/C unit, its own en-suite bathroom (with shower cabin, hairdryer etc.). The room balcony offers an impressive view to pine forests, olive trees, etc. The room can easily host a third folding bed. Another bright, smaller, room is on the second floor. with a 9BTU A/C. This room has a sofa-bed, drawers, large office, wireless internet connection and its own bathroom (just 3m from the room.). The room balcony offers an impressive view in the surrounding nature. The last room on this floor is the laundry room, with a washing machine and a separate drying machine. The garden In our land we have various trees (figs, apples, pears, pomegranates etc.) and you are most welcome to try our produce. Occasionally you will encounter turtles and hedgehogs. We also have a colorful hammock under the shady plane trees and two swings, available to our guests for relaxation, as well as outdoor chairs and wooden tables to eat, read, relax etc. For kids we have basketball, bicycles, balls, toys etc. Our area Agios Antonios (belongs to the municipality of Thermi) is a quiet -800 inhabitants- village in the outskirts of Thessaloniki (25kms from the city), 17kms from Thessaloniki’s “Macedonia” airport, 20kms from the first beaches of Halkidiki (Nea Iraklia, Nea Kalikratia, Epanomi, Perea, Nei Epivates), 15kms from Petralona cave, 12kms from the water fun park “Waterland” (in Tagarades village) and 5kms from the monastery of Saint Paisios. In a walking distance of 200m. there are two mini-markets, a cafe, a tavern and in just 50m. from the house there is the village central square with the bus station.
