The complete renovation of the 95m2 apartment in Kallithea transformed a residence from the 1930s into a modern apartment with striking contrasts between old and new, through the use of unique materials, contemporary constructions, and smart solutions. In this new architectural proposal, emphasis was placed on utilizing all previously unused spaces and maximizing their functionality, so that the new residence fully meets all the owners' requirements. The open space of the kitchen, living room, and dining area, through original architectural design ideas, clean lines, the use of modern materials, and the study of proper lighting, creates a unique effect in the space. The special carpentry construction between the entrance of the residence and the bedrooms offers a smart and discreet storage space for the family's needs. In the bedroom the combination of the sliding modern wardrobe and the careful selection of colors and materials, create a pleasant space for relaxation and rest. Great emphasis was placed on the bright children's bedroom of the apartment, which thanks to its special construction, gives a mood for comfortable play and exploration in the space. In the atmospheric bathroom, the use of the same materials used in the rest of the house and the special lighting, contribute to the creation of a luxurious and at the same time warm atmosphere. As an extension of the apartment, the outdoor garden was treated, in which emphasis was placed on both the aesthetic and the functional part. A wooden fence gives privacy and high aesthetics to the space. The end result is a modern apartment, bright and spacious, ready to accommodate the family and offer the maximum experience for all its members.
