Sissi is a picturesque little fishing village, full of taverns, shops and several hotels and rental apartments. It is known for its beautiful narrow harbor, which is right at the centre of the village. The town of Agios Nikolaos is about a 20 minute drive from here and the famous tourist destination of Malia is about 5km. The international airport of Heraklion is about 30 minutes from Sissi.
