Built on the uphill northern alley, it stands unchanged with the veranda hovering above the shadow of the passage. A typical Aegean property integrated into the organic, functional visual unity, homogeneity and balance of the settlement, it is developed on three levels. Following the carved facade, a sturdy stone staircase leads to the second level where at 65 sq m. of the main ground floor, five individual spaces are developed from which two bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room and a bathroom can be obtained. The upper floor of 47 sq.m. is functional and can be used as a living space with minimal interventions, it has a bedroom, kitchen, living room, small bathroom, storage space (loft) and hall. The double entrances on each level give plurality to the layout and utilization of the spaces. The residence is located in one of the most well-preserved and well-known villages of the island, with several permanent residents, amenities and a large summer visitor population.
