This house of character is located at the historical part of Sitia town within walking distance from old harbor and shops. Facing three streets, with sea view from the terrace. The plot measures 90m2 and the main building 94m2 plus 11m2 the old bathroom. Entering the iron front gate we found two terraces in different levels, those lead to upstairs with two main rooms and to the lower level with two more.
