Tinos, Villa 236 sq.m. within a 4,342 sq.m. field, southwest orientation with a unique view of the Aegean Sea and the sunset. The property is located in a privileged position on the slope just 280 meters from the coast. The basic idea was to create a simple, clean design in accordance with the Cycladic motif on the steep slope of the mountain. Cubic white volumes parallel in order to enjoy maximum performance with the blue of the sea and the light to invade the interior. A central path starts from the entrance where through the landscaped garden it leads smoothly to the main residence, the guest house and the first floor. The swimming pool in the middle is visible from all three areas without overshadowing the traditional architecture. The combination of local stone around the perimeter, on the terraces and in the semi-outdoor area creates a contrast with the white and a harmony with the natural of the island. Inside, simple carved lines with soft curves dominate, with several glass panels so that the resident has direct exposure to light and the changes of the natural landscape.
