The house is developed on 2 levels which have separate entrances. The first level, ground floor includes an open kitchen, living room and bedroom area with wardrobe as well as a large bathroom with shower. Outside there is a covered veranda area with a wooden pergola and tiled roof for moments of relaxation or company with friends. This particular level can be used either as an extension of the house or as a guest house The second level, first floor, includes 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower, living room with fireplace, kitchen and a second living room in continuation of the kitchen. The verandas of the first floor extend around the perimeter of the house and include covered sections and pergolas with tiled roofs, providing a beautiful view of the sea and the surrounding natural environment. The house has air conditioning in all areas, aluminum frames with double glazing and UV protection films, screens and external security shutters. All floors are covered with tiles, creating a pleasant feeling during the stay. The house is located on a 1-acre plot with many green areas, fruit and ornamental trees, tree-planted fencing, etc. There is also a built-in barbeque installation and a fully functional wood-fired oven. In a special point of the plot there is another wooden pergola that is used for a covered parking space, with a capacity of 3 spaces.
