Wherever there is wood (kitchen, doors, wall paneling, closets, kitchen dining table), it is solid oak, emanating a sense of luxury in the space. Starting from November, if the weather gets colder, heating can be either through underfloor heating (with a separate thermostat for each room) or with individual radiators (again, separate for each room). Especially in the case of underfloor heating, walking barefoot is an incredible experience. The outdoor dining area is covered, which means that on sunny winter days, you can sit outside for work, meals, or breakfast. The pool will remain operational and will be regularly cleaned throughout the rental period at no extra cost to you. There is always public parking right outside the house. Also, on the side of the pool and garden, there is no road, so it is always peaceful.
