The "Aspra Chomata Villas" are a complex of two independent residences of 58 sq.m. each. They are built within a five-acre estate planted with centuries-old olive trees in boho Cycladic architecture and aesthetics with a few touches of an earthy village element. The residences are identical and consist of a ground floor with a 20 m2 courtyard and a first floor with a 20 m2 balcony. The floors are connected to each other by a stone staircase. The beds, the bathroom as well as the kitchen which is fully equipped are built. There is air conditioning in every room. And the two villas have an unobstructed view of the sea (Gulf of Karystos) both from the balcony and from the bedroom. The above amount of the rent concerns the monthly rent for each villa (see the site: http://****.**) up to two persons (for more persons please call / send e-mail) for the period 1/11/25-31/***/******* This amount includes all the extra costs (electricity, water, internet, bed linen change and villa cleaning every 4 nights, laundry/ironing). The villas can also be rent for less than 30 days, upon agreement.
