The Studio is located in the center of the city of Loutraki, almost 250m from the beach and very close to the Thermal Spa and the thermal springs. The location of the accommodation is ideal for excursions to nearby resorts: to the picturesque mountain of Geraneia, to the wonderful lake of Vouliagmeni ,to exotic and virgin beaches and to valuable archaeological sites, such as the Iraion near the imposing lighthouse, the archaeological site and the museum of Ismia near the famous Canal of Isthmos of Corinth and the ancient passage named Diolkos and off course the archaeological site of the ancient city of Corinth. There is easy access on foot to the public transportation and the taxi station nearby. Around the neighborhood there are several free parking places available. It is immediately accessible on foot to the park , to the doctor’s office opposite, to the famous tavern “Mouria” at the corner, to the traditional bakery besides,to the laundry, the grocery store, the mini market and the large supermarket and so on! The Studio has easy access without stairs and is fully renovated and equipped with everything that can make your stay comfortable. There is a safe electrical coverage and free access to the Wi Fi and also to the Earthnet network of optical fibers via a special plug and cable. It provides plenty of physical and artificial light and also many wall sockets. There is a fully equipped kitchenette with an oven with hobs, pots and pans, coffee machine,toaster, kettle etc and an easy accessible patio via a back door. A sofa- double bed is provided and also an extra bed with a comfortable foam mattress. A wardrobe equipped with sheets, pillows, blankets,towels etc and cupboards fully stocked , chest of drawers and so on! There is also a refrigerator , a washing machine , an iron and an ironing board , a ventilator, air conditioner,heat accumulator, a smart television and so on. At the back yard there is a straightener ,a clothesline and cleaning tools available. There is also a resting place with a small table and two chairs available.
