The house is available for short and long rentals. Typical Greek stone house located in the kastro of Parikia, the very central and old quarter of Parikia. Price from November to march: Euro 1.100/month + electricity. From April the price is different. Please ask for a quote. The rental can be per day and per weeks/month. The house can welcome up to 5/6 people. Not available for full year rent. The house is on 3 levels: - at the ground floor, there are 2 bedrooms (one with a large double bed and one with 2 single beds) and a small bathroom (with shower, toilet, sink and window). - at the first floor, there is the kitchen with table and chairs, a large fridge and freezer and oven, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine, toaster, micro... Here is the living room with sofa bed and a small bathroom (with shower, toilet, sink and window). - at the second floor the terrace, with wide view over the old town and the landscape and a little bit over the sea, table and chairs, corner for preparimg meals with sink and sun bed, cushions, pergola, and drying rack. In the house there is: air conditioning on both floors, washing machine, satellite TV, fast wifi internet. electric heating in winter time.
