The house is located 6km away from the sea (car required). The village of Agios Stefanos is 1.5 hours away from Herakleion airport and 35 minutes away from Sitia airport. It is just 300m above the sea-village of Makry Gyalos and welcomes permanent residents from all over the world as well as friendly locals (about 250 people in total). At the central square of the village one can enjoy food, coffee or raki under the shadow of a big plane tree. Rental price is 350€/PER MONTH.
