The kitchen is fully equipped, including a microwave oven, an extra large fridge and a large dishwasher. There is also a large solar water heater and radiators for the winter time. Internet connection and telephone are available and all bedrooms and the living room are air conditioned. The house can accommodate at least 2 families with children. It has wide balconies and is surrounded by yards that provide unlimited, almost 360 degrees, views to the mountains and the sea. The picturesque village in which the villa is located is situated at the foothills of the White Mountains and has few inhabitants, thus providing absolute tranquillity and relaxation. It is 25 km away from Chania and 5 km from the nearest village with a supermarket. The village hosts a popular tavern, while the sea is only 11 km away, in the small town of Kalyves, which has ATMs, shops, restaurants, etc. At a short distance there are also picturesque villages and seaside settlements such as Vamos, Machairoi, Almyrida, Fres. An advance payment of 2 months' rent is expected as a guarantee. This amount is going to be refunded in full at the end of the leasing period. The villa is available for long term leasing.
