The ground floor is comprised of the living room with wide openings to the front terrace, a fully fitted kitchen and a bathroom. The clothes washer has been cleverly installed in the spandrel. A tiled staircase from the dining area that leads to both bedrooms with a large balcony where you can enjoy an excellent mountain view accesses the first floor. There is also a shower room on the first floor.

There are six maisonette sharing the pool. Common area and pool maintenance fees are about 31 € per month.

The center of the village with its many amenities is just a short 150 meters walks, Almyrida sandy beach is 1200 meters away and Chania center about 30 minutes’ drive.
