Upon entrance you find yourself in an open air fully equipped kitchen and a living room, one big bathroom with a bathtub and an air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed.

There is a swimming pool of 15m², where sea beds can be placed, within a paved outdoor space among banana trees creating the most exotic effect.

Entering the third villa (110m²), you find yourself in an open air kitchen with all the state of art appliances, and an air-conditioned living room with a fireplace, as well as a WC. The balcony here overlooks the mountains.

Ascending 14 steps you enter the first floor, where there are two air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds.

One bedroom has a balcony overlooking the pool and the other has a breathtaking seaview balcony. On this floor there is a bathroom with a shower.

Another 14 steps descend to the ground floor where there is an ensuite bedroom with a double bed and shower as well as an open air kitchen and tasteful living room.

Outdoors there is a 15m² area with a barbeque to enjoy with good company.

The 4th and 5th villas are the same as the 3rd one, each of 110m².

The whole project is within a plot of 600m².

All the frames are in the colour of wood and the shutters are electrical. Each house is autonomous in terms of electricity and plumbing, and there is a parking space for 5 vehicles.
