Studio is located on the 1st floor of 3-story building in Nea Chora, 150m away from the sandy beach and 1 km away from the historical center of Chania. Studio is 42 m2,  fully furnished, consists of double bed, sitting & dining area, kitchen, bathroom with shower and balcony with view to the inner patio.  Utility bills are not included in the price. You pay for water & electricity. Also, there is a monthly charge 40 euro for cleaning and usage of elevator and steps. Wi-fi is included.
