Here we are to give you all the necessary information about our house.
It’s located at “Scorponeria” prefecture of Viotia, just one hour from the center of Athens and 20 minutes from Halkida . We can get there using “E75” National Road Athinon-Lamias, exit “Mourik” Viotias. On our way to Scorponeria, we run alongside the beaches of ‘Drosia’, ‘Alikes’ and ‘Loukissia’ and we pass through picturesque villages.
Scorponeria is a nice village on a mountainside, ending up on the beach.
Our building plot is 840 square meters and it is surrounded by a wall of reinforced concrete. There is swimming pool installation in the plot. The house was constructed according to the construction permit dd March the 22nd of 2007. It includes 5 levels:
1) B a s e m e n t with a two seat parking, storage room, laundry room, central heating installation (either gas or oil) and elevator cabinet.
2) G r o u n d level with a separate apartment of 60 square meters with a big veranda ,viewing to the sea.
3) 1st f l o o r with dinning room, kitchen, W.C. and fire place installation.
4) 2nd f l o o r with two bedrooms, bathroom and an exceptional view to the sea.
5) 3rd f l o o r with the master bedroom, play room and bathroom. The view from here is also magnificent.
The electric and the plumbing installations of the building are according to the latest construction methods. It is well insulated against noise.
