The aim is to take advantage of the lavishly green forest views and mountainous landscape and offer a design that combines a modern and light style with some traditional Cretan building elements like the local stone. Our goal is to deliver a good construction standard along with an affordable price for a house that can be used as a permanent house and/or commercially as a holiday villa for additional income. Each house will have its own private land and facilities. Adaptation for more personal touches to the plans can easily be made as it is not a completely fixed project and allows its buyers flexibility over the final result and the payment.
