The land lies to the left of the Aiya Irini along the Old Road to Stafilos. Beautifully situated in the green, and within walking distance of Skopelos town and Stafilos beach (15 minutes). The land consists of three terraces, rising upwards and all three fairly horizontal. When we bought it we wanted to build there and took steps to do so. But it never came to construction.Every summer we camped in the country with the camper. Due to Natura 2000 legislation, this is no longer permitted (outside built-up areas and along unpaved roads).But realtors told us that it could easily change again. Hence the low price of €25,000.
